Webber overhauls Alonso to win British GP

Mark Webber produced a late charge to overtake race-long leader Fernando Alonso and win the British GP for the second time in three years. Reigning champion Sebastien Vettel finished third, with the improving Felipe Massa in fourth. Further down the field Pastor Maldonaldo was involved in another controverial collision, ending the race of Sauber's Sergio Perez.

Not bad for a number two eh guys? Flamin stoked to pull a ripper of a move on Fernando so late in the day.
fernando   Fernando Alonso
Thanks for ruining my day Webber, my one crumb of consolation is that we won't have to listen to the usual Red Bull conspiracy theories this week.
Horner   Christian Horner
Actually Fernando, Adrian and I have discussed it and we believe that the track was deliberately flooded on Saturday to try and spoil Seb's qualy and hinder his chances of winning today. While Seb did his usual perfect job to get on the podium we lost a victory due to our detractors implementing their weather strategy.

Jesus Horner, Oliver Stone should have hired you to work on the script for JFK.
wibbah   Mark Webber
Er, Christian mate, I did win the race with a stonking overtake of Fernando four laps from home.
Horner   Christian Horner
That's great Mark, although you actually failed in your role as a "valued team player" by costing Seb some points. If you had remained in second you could have let Seb through and he would have three extra points for his title push. Adrian has decided that we will enforce team orders on the sister car much earlier in future to avoid a recurrence.

Pastor bad....Sergio not like Pastor.....Pastor dangerous....
Pastor   Pastor Maldonado
My friend and mentor President Chavez will see to it that any punishment given to me is meaningless, and all my fines will be paid. Viva El Presidente!
PSauber   Peter Sauber
Be calm Sergio, remember to take your medication. The FIA will deal appropriately with Pastor, although after Monaco and now this, I think I may need to speak to Frank about the repair bills.
Williams   Frank Williams
Ah bollocks.
Kobayashi   Kamui Kobayashi
Fear not Perezsan, Sensei Sauber is wise, let his knowledge nourish your soul and soothe your heart. This Maldonaldo will reap justice for hurting my brother, his protector Chavez will be powerless once he tastes the cold platter of revenge.
fernando   Fernando Alonso
Jeez, be careful of that guy McDonalds, he tried to take out half his pit-crew today so god knows what he's planning for you.

Bit of a treat for all the British fans to see lots of Murray on the BBC this weekend.
hammy   Lewis Hamilton
Totally Michael, Murray was frickin awesome but Roger Federer was even more mega awesome.
mschumi   Michael Schumacher
I was talking about Murray Walker you nitwit. The Beeb had him on for that rained-out qualifying session, reminded me of the good old days when he told the British public how good my English was every week.
Murray   Murray Walker
Go Go Go! Unless I am very much mistaken it was veritably bucketing down.
JamesAllen   James Allen
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Whoah, I'm back on TV for the practice sessions guys, and I'm more exciting than ever.
mschumi   Michael Schumacher
Give it a rest Allen, I had assumed Eddie Jordan was the biggest twat working for the BBC until I heard they re-hired you.
ej   Eddie Jordan
I'd like to take this opportunity if I may to say that I think it was a totally wrong and cowardly call to stop qualifying because it punished the teams who made the right call and prevents the small teams from taking a risk and mixing up the grid. It was great to show off my drumming skills again at Silverstone today just like I did back in the Jordan days. I'd just like to finish if I may by saying the brave decision to stop qualifying was totally justified and gave the teams a chance to achieve their justified grid positions as the fans want to see the top teams out front.

Interesting points as always there Eddie. I hope all you guys enjoyed me dancing to Eddie's drumming. If anyone wants me to get Murray to say "Go Go Go" for the millionth time just tweet me. Remember, tweet me guys.
